

Chinese noodles with marinated tofu
Ingredients
For 2-3 Persons:
- 1 pack Provamel Organic Tofu Plain (250 g),
Marinade:
- 2 garlic cloves,
- 3 tablespoons soya sauce,
- 1 tablespoon ginger syrup (sold in specialist Chinese food shops),
- 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce,
- 1 packet noodles with egg (250 g),
- 3 tablespoons oil,
- 250 g Chinese stir-fry vegetables,
- salt and pepper.
Preparation
Drain the Provamel Organic Plain Tofu.
Pat dry with kitchen paper and cut the Provamel Organic plain Tofu into cubes.
Peel and chop the garlic.
Mix the ingredients for the marinade together and add the tofu cubes. Leave in the fridge for 1 hour.
Occasionally take the Provamel Organic Plain Tofu in the marinade out of the fridge and stir.
Boil the noodles following the instructions on the packet and drain. Take the Provamel Organic Plain Tofu out of the marinade.
Heat the oil in a wok and fry the Provamel organic Plain Tofu until crispy, stirring continually. Remove from the wok and put aside.
Add a little more oil to the wok if necessary and stir-fry the vegetables for about 3 minutes.
Add the Provamel Organic Plain Tofu , the noodles and 3 tablespoons of the marinade to the vegetables in the wok.
Heat through, stirring all the time. Season with salt and pepper.
