

Light Tiramisu
Ingredients
For 4 persons:
- 1/4 level tsp agar-agar,
- 80 ml Provamel Organic Soya Cream,
- 130 g Ricotta,
- 125 g Provamel Organic Soya Dessert Vanilla,
- 2 cups strong espresso coffee,
- afew spoonfuls of Amaretto,
- 1/2 pack sponge fingers,
- cocoa powder,
- a few raspberries and redcurrants.
Preparation
Soak the agar-agar in 2 tablespoons Provamel Soya Cream.
Add the agar-agar to the rest of the Provamel Soya Cream and heat until it is completely dissolved.
Mix the Ricotta with the Soya Dessert and then add to the Cream mixture.
Add the Amaretto to the coffee and dunk the sponge fingers in this mixture until they are saturated.
First put a layer of sponge fingers in a dish, then a layer of Ricotta mixture and repeat.
Finish with a layer of Ricotta mixture.
Chill the Tiramisu in the fridge for a few hours and dust with cacao powder before serving.
Garnish the Tiramisu with raspberries and redcurrants.
