Vanilla Soya and Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:
150ml/5floz Provamel vanilla soya milk
1 banana cut into chunks and frozen (ideally place in freezer night before).
2 dsp dessert spoons maple syrup
40g ground almonds

Method
- Peel and chop 1 banana place in a freezer bag and freeze for at least 3 hrs.
- Remove banana from the freezer and place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 min.

Tip/Serving Suggestion: Add blueberries or strawberries. Replace maple syrup for honey if you prefer.
