Exotic drink

Ingredients
For 4 glasses (of approx. 250 ml):
- 300 g organic carrots,
- 4 organic peaches,
- 500 ml passion fruit juice,
- 4 tablespoons lime juice,
- 250 ml Provamel Organic Soya Drink Vanilla.
- Garnish: Lime and Indian cress flowers.

Preparation
Peel and dice the carrots and extract the juice.
Cut the skin of the peaches crosswise and briefly blanch in boiling water.
Rinse under the cold tap and pull off the skins. Halve the peaches and remove the stones.
Puree the peach flesh. Mix the passion fruit, carrot juice and lime juice and 75 ml Provamel Organic Soya Drink Vanilla and chill.
Pour into glasses and fill up with the rest of the also thoroughly chilled Provamel Organic Soya Drink Vanilla.
Garnish with lime slices and Indian cress flowers.
