- Organic farming is labour intensive. To cultivate the same area, organic farming will generally require 25% more labour than conventional farming. This means it creates more job opportunities.
- In organic farming there are stricter rules regarding the wellbeing of the animals. These strict regulations ensure that the animals are treated in a responsible and respectful manner.
